For technology & telecom advisors

Design, quote, and register a contact center — in the meeting.

Stop pitching a line-card SKU. With the same conversational Configurator your clients would use, you design a client's whole contact center live, hand over a branded quote, and register the deal — all in one sitting.

The Configurator is your sales weapon, not a feature list. Live design beats a slide every time.

30% MRR to you · 10% to your TSD · evergreen residual for the life of the account

How it works for advisors

Three steps, one meeting

No product training, no engineering call, no waiting on a quote desk. You run the whole motion in the room.

Step 1

Design it live

Talk through the client's business in plain words. The Configurator designs their whole contact center in front of them — greetings, routing, channels and plan.

Step 2

Hand over a branded quote

Turn the design into a clean, branded quote on the spot. Flat per-seat pricing is easy to explain and easy to say yes to.

Step 3

Register the deal

One click locks the client to you. You earn an evergreen residual for the life of the account — no SPIFFs, no expiry.

Result

You get paid, durably

30% of monthly recurring revenue to you, plus 10% to your TSD — paid every month the client stays.

Compensation

A durable residual — not a one-time gimmick

Long-distance and AI usage are billed separately, so the seat MRR is high-margin software. That's what makes an evergreen residual possible.

Evergreen
residual, paid for the life of the account
No SPIFFs. No gimmicks. Just a durable, high-margin residual that keeps paying as long as your client stays.

Why it converts

Everything about this motion is built to close

Live design beats a slide

Your client watches their own contact center take shape in the meeting. Nothing lands like seeing the thing designed for you, in your words, right now.

Flat pricing is easy to quote

Simple per-seat pricing, with long-distance and AI usage billed only as used. No matrix to decode — you can quote it confidently from the room.

No seat minimums

Bring the two-seat insurance office and the fifty-seat clinic alike. There's no floor to clear, so every client is a real opportunity.

Deal registration

The deal locks to you — even if they sign up self-serve later

Register a client and that client is yours. If they later come to simple.cx and sign up on their own, the residual still routes back to you. No channel conflict between the direct and self-serve motions.

Register once, protected always

The moment you register, the client is locked to you. Your work in the meeting is what earns the account — and it stays earned.

Self-serve routes back to you

If your registered client signs up self-serve on simple.cx down the line, the residual still credits to you. You never lose a deal to our own website.

Questions

Advisor FAQ

How does the residual work?

You earn 30% of the client's monthly recurring revenue, and your TSD earns 10% — 40% all-in. It's paid as an evergreen residual, meaning every month the account is active, for the life of the account. There are no SPIFFs or one-time bonuses to chase; the residual is the whole point. This is possible because long-distance and AI usage are billed separately, so the seat MRR is high-margin software.

What if my client signs up on their own later?

You're still paid. Once you register a deal, that client is locked to you. If they later go to simple.cx and sign up self-serve, the residual still routes back to you as the registering advisor. Deal registration exists precisely to protect you from channel conflict between the direct and self-serve motions.

Is there a cost to become an advisor?

No. There's no cost to become a SimpleCX advisor. Reach out and we'll get you set up.

Do I need to be a product expert?

No. The Configurator does the design. You bring the client and the conversation; it asks in plain outcomes, recommends the simplest plan that covers what they need, and produces the quote. You don't have to memorize a feature list or a line card.
